Eugenia Toledo will receive financial support frrom The Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs - City Artist Projects 2010 to create poetry that will pay tribute to Latinos.

Project titled: "Photographic Letters"

"Photographic Letters" will explore and make use of the collective experience of a poet and a photographer. Poems will be based on Hugo Ludeña's photographs. 

The city's 2010 City Artist Projects annual funding program supports the development and presentation of original work by indivual artists based in Seattle.
